Professor Haroon F. Choudhri, M.D., FAANS
Board-Certified Neurosurgeon · Spine & Brain Surgery
Dr. Choudhri trained at Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons and
completed his neurosurgery residency and a Combined Orthopaedic/Neurosurgery Fellowship
in Complex Spinal Surgery at New York University.
He served for 16 years as a Professor of Neurosurgery at Augusta University, where he
led the Section of Adult Neurosurgery and directed the Spine Service and Fellowship in
Complex Spinal Surgery — building an international reputation for difficult cases.
He returned to the New York metropolitan area to bring the same level of academic care
to a smaller, more personal practice.
